"Anchor" by Mindy Gledhill

I am always thrilled when I can find some music I like to listen to over and over again.  And here are a couple I’m in love with right now.  This one,  Anchor, by Mindy Gledhill is wonderful.  Someone said of her work “an indie singer songwriter who will leave you floating like a scoop of vanilla cream in a strawberry soda”.   Not a bad song on the disk.  I think Eric will be getting this one for a stocking stuffer.

I did buy Amelie and it proved to be nothing short of wonderful.  It has all the old world Parisian charm with a bit of whimsy thrown in.  I never tire of listening to it, though Eric might wish I would try something else in the CD player for once.  Which is why I think I need to get Anchor.  Hmmm.

I’m so glad you introduced Mindy Gledhill to me! Just bough Anchor and I think she is sort of like Feist with sugar on top. I also got Heart’s greatest hits at the same time and whether I like it or not, I am more Mindy than Baracuda, I can’t stop playing “Circus Girl”.
