I also admit to lusting for this car. My father said the repairs would be too costly and encouraged me to get a butter yellow super beetle. A good car but not at all what I always dreamed of owning.

Kari showed me this post after telling her I was talking to a guy last night who parked a red 1960 MGA 1600 Mk I roadster near my apartment. It was 1 of the 5 MGA’s used in Elvis’ movie Blue Hawaii. It’s a very pretty car albeit not green.
