I'm BACK!!

We went out for brunch yesterday after church and I just about threw up in my napkin when I saw that the “Soaring Eagle Breakfast” was going to cost me over $7.

On the other hand, there are lots of positives to being home (besides friends and family), like: the toilets here flush with handles on the side, not push-in buttons on the top.  I am a big fan of the no-touch flush(except when it goes off continually while you are still sitting there..), and when the toilet doesn’t come equipped with one, I create the same experience by flipping the handle with my foot.  No-touch.  That is difficult and sometimes impossible to do when they put the stupid thing on the top and you have to force your toe down into the hole to push the button. So that’s a positive.
Also, I wore heels again for the first time in about a month. That was fun.
And I get to break out my new wardrobe when I go back to WORK….

Of course last week I didn’t need to wear heels to be taller than anyone else in a five mile radius, I was getting fitted for hand-tailored dresses and paying $20/night for a bungalow on the beach, getting hour-long massages whenever I wanted…

OK, the screen is getting kind of blurry, difficult to see the keys through my tears, I’m going to sign off.
